It is with great sadness that I write to inform you that my father, Alan Calenborne, (1957 School) passed away on the 29th of April 2021.
He was a passionate Boys High supporter and there was never any doubt in his mind that his boys should follow in his footsteps. He made every effort to attend the various Old Boys’ functions, and his “C’mon Boys High” could be heard on most winter Saturdays at Brooks Field.
Alan was a loving husband, encouraging father, proud grandfather, dependable friend and a true gentleman. His interests were wide-ranging and his advice always carefully considered and wise.
He is survived by my mother, Joanne, sons Wade (1987 School), Giles (1989 School) and our wives, Kerron and Lauren, and his grandchildren, Thomas (2019 School), Kelly, Rhys, Liam and Finn.
