NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear Life Members
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Pretoria Boys High School Old Boys’ Association that was due to be held on Thursday, 21 July 2022 at 18:00 has been postponed to a later date which will be advised in due course.
Following concerns submitted to the Board of Directors that the annual financial statements for the 2021 financial year were not included on the agenda for consideration at the annual general meeting, the Directors resolved to postpone the 2022 Annual General Meeting until such time as the outstanding annual financial statements have been audited and approved by the Board.
The dates for determining Voting Rights, nominating Directors and submitting proxies will be revised accordingly.
