Due to the restrictions put in place by the South African Government under the current COVID-19 environment, this year’s AGM will also be streamed using Cisco WebEx and Voting Members attending electronically will also be eligible to participate in the AGM and vote on any proposed Resolutions to be taken at the AGM.Details to access the meeting electronically will be circulated prior to the AGM.

The Association AGM allows for the election of Association Directors for the upcoming year and enables Association members that are present to peruse account statements or ask questions. Association members interested in the administration of the Association are encouraged to attend.

The Pretoria Boys High School Old Boys Association’s Annual General Meeting usually takes place in May each year. Notice is given to Association members via email to attend the meeting.
